Telehealth & Virtual Visits
Quality healthcare from the comfort of your home. Connect with your provider via secure video — no commute, no waiting room.
What Is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows you to see your healthcare provider through a live, secure video call — just like an in-person visit, but from anywhere with an internet connection.
Video Visits
Face-to-face consultations with your provider using your phone, tablet, or computer.
HIPAA-Secure
Your visits are conducted on an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform. Your health data stays private.
Same-Day Available
Many telehealth appointments can be scheduled same-day or next-day — just like in-office visits.
Insurance Accepted
Most major insurance plans cover telehealth visits at the same rate as in-person appointments.
What Can Be Treated via Telehealth?
Telehealth works well for many common medical needs. Your provider will let you know if an in-person visit is needed instead.

How It Works
Getting started with telehealth at ALLCARE is simple. Here’s what to expect:
Schedule Your Visit
Book a telehealth appointment online through our patient portal or call (425) 255-0055. Select “Telehealth/Virtual Visit” as the appointment type.
Prepare for Your Visit
You’ll receive a link via email or text message before your appointment. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space.
Join the Video Call
At your scheduled time, click the link to join the secure video session. Your provider will appear on screen, review your concerns, and provide a care plan — just like an in-person visit.
After Your Visit
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. Lab orders and referrals are handled through your patient portal. A visit summary will be available in your chart.
