• Option A:  Do in-home screen for covid-19  and schedule a tele-video visit with us.

• Option B: Please  self-refer to any Urgent care Clinic of your choice.

You may be seen in the clinic with appointment  and mask for all other conditions.

Please   call 425-255-0055 first with your reasons for a visit, 

then we   will offer you an appointment for tele visit or in-person visit.

Please remember to call 911 or   emergency department of nearby hospital 

if you have any alarming symptoms or signs or concerns   about heart attack, stroke or

life or limb threatening situation(s)
